REPRINT October 31
Now that Trump has withdrawn Troops from Syria, it is stirring outrage among Democrat Leadership.
On Feb. 1, Trump tweeted: “I inherited a total mess in Syria and Afghanistan, the “Endless Wars” of unlimited spending and death. During my campaign I said, very strongly, that these wars must finally end.
Latest polls reflect around 50 % disagree with Trumps withdraw and over 30% agree with Trump. DEMOCRATS!
Endless Wars

“The five other lawmakers who joined Ocasio-Cortez, Sanders and Warren as the first supporters of the “End the Forever War” pledge were: Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., and Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Wis……” “…“I pledge to the people of the United States of America…act to bring the Forever War to a responsible and expedient conclusion… “
“The House voted 251 to 170, with 27 Republicans joining all but seven Democrats…Rep. Ro Khanna (Calif.), the Democratic leader in the effort, put it, the vote was a “clear statement from members of Congress on both sides of the aisle that this country is tired of endless wars “
“In major foreign policy addresses, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg have echoed that call, as has former vice president Joe Biden, who, in an otherwise lackluster speech, pledged to end the “forever wars…” https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/07/16/transpartisan-revolt-against-americas-endless-wars/
Is this how they really feel?
“This decision is a betrayal of our ally in the fight against ISIS and risks American lives,” Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) said in a tweet. “We have a president who is telling our allies and our adversaries that America doesn’t keep her word.”
Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.) also criticized the move, calling it “erratic.”
“progressive Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who have been critical of U.S. involvement in the Middle East, warned the decision would lead to chaos.”

“The Answer is blowing in the Wind”
Actually the answer is which ever way the wind blows, so do the democrat blowhards blow. If you are for peace, and really want to stop endless wars, you should support this policy, regardless of what your opinion of the President is. It’s more important to our future than politics.
