I’m white, which explains the title but it could be Dear White and Black… It’s not a one race issue. …I am writing and posting one Chapter at a time, on this blog; Your Interaction and comments are essential and will be fully printed within the chapter you referred, and riposted.

I being a citizen of much military housing units in various locations, since 18 years of age, recognized immediately that bi-racial racism resides just under the skin for practically everyone in Birmingham, regardless of age, or previous residency in other communities.
